Ok so I’m set up for steaming my classes! You just need to download the app ZOOM and register (it’s a free app)
To join the class contact me on 07938820063 and I will add you or give you a code to join the class times will be as normal Friday 9.30am and weds 7.30pm.
There Will also be Body conditioning class Monday’s 9.30am
And a HIIT class sat mornings 8.15 am
It’s a 40 min class so £4 payable to my PayPal.. jo.soteriou@hotmail.co.uk and make sure you send it via friends and family or I will get charged

IMPORTANT UPDATE 18th March 2020
I have taken advise and have made a difficult decision to shut all classes with immediate effect, as a business owner I need to be responsible and look after my clients, myself and my family
I am self employed so if im not working im not earning so this decision was not taken lightly.
Hope everyone stays well and hope to be back dancing and training as soon as possible

Important update
I’ve just been advised from st bons school I will no longer be able to use their hall from 23rd March for forceable future. (I assume till schools reopen)
This week weds 18th March class will.be at the parish hall the other side if church .
Friday morning 20th will continue as normal this week and will keep you updated.
I will advise you all as soon as there changes.
